Malibu seniors are invited to the city's fourth annual Senior Resource Fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, at City Hall.
The free event, hosted by the city's Community Services Department, will connect seniors with local providers offering information on wellness services, home care, community programs, emergency preparedness, insurance assistance, financial planning and healthy aging.
The first 50 attendees will receive a free boxed lunch, and participants can win raffle prizes from vendors.
Featured vendors include Boys & Girls Club of Malibu Wellness Center, Collette Travel, BrightStar Care, Disability Community Resource Center, Wise & Healthy Aging, Forest Lawn Mortuaries, Santa Monica College Emeritus Program, Heaven's Hands Home Health, LA County Department of Aging & Disabilities, Malibu Long Term Recovery Group, Meadowbrook at Agoura Hills, Silverado Memory Care Calabasas and Simpler Horizons Insurance Solutions.
