City Hall will be asked to continue addressing the homeless problem by accepting a grant from the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) for $381,941.
The grant will be used to pay for coordi-nated case management at five agencies in the city’s homeless care continuum, a city staff report noted. The funding will also help to pay for costs associated with ClientTrack, the system which manages data and tracks undu-plicated clients, their demographics and outcomes across the city-funded programs.
The network consultant, Chris Fonner, will receive an additional $4,080 from the city to address direct project costs such as travel and computer hardware. His total contract will amount to $52,800 annually through October 2007.
