Neilson Way will be closed in both directions between Pico Boulevard and Ocean Park Boulevard, from Feb. 7-10, for ongoing street reconstruction work to the water main at Neilson Way and Strand Street.
Closures and detours will remain in place at Pico Boulevard for southbound traffic and at Ocean Park Boulevard for northbound traffic until the work is completed. Access for emergency vehicles will be available except at Strand Street, where the pavement has been removed. Santa Monica College gets down with diversity
