Ocean Park Springer is confused

Published:

By John Watts Malibu

(This letter was originally addressed to Charles Springer, SMDP columnist.) In your column (SMDP, April 27), in the last paragraph, you say, “There should also be an amendment to the constitution calling for a separation of corporation and state.” Yet in the very next sentence, you say, “This would give the ruling government control over the corporations...” (emphasis added). You seperate corporation and state, and then have government control the corporations, a contradiction. I think that you are confused.
