A local band will play their hip-hop and alternative music this Saturday to benefit Hurricane-Katrina victims.
Noah King Renegade Soldiers begin their concert of wide-ranging music — from funk to rock to acoustic folk — at 8 p.m. at 14 Below, 1438 14th St.
Others playing live at the benefit, which costs $7 to $10, are Mudluscious, Leah Hanna-King, Inverse, Illadapted and Liqdzunshine. DJ Rocky Rock and DJ Replay will spin.
Donations from the 21-and-over event will go to America’s Second Harvest.
