Sleight of paw gets attention
One day after Danielle Gershberg brought home a 9-week-old Bernese Mountain dog, little Hudson gave her new owner a pleasant surprise.
She sneezed. “Good sneeze,” Gershberg praised, giving Hudson a treat.
From then on, whenever Gershberg commanded Hudson to sneeze, it’s been a steady stream of gleeful gesundheits.
The multi-talented Hudson is now a finalist in the trick category of the second annual Dog Show USA — a web-based event hosted by dog food manufacturer Purina. Gershberg’s pet is one of three finalists vying for the “Best Dog Trick” category, in which the winner will be announced on Feb. 24 at the International Kennel Club Dog Show in
