Well, it happened the other day. My friend was stopped at a crosswalk to let pedestrians cross and she was hit pretty hard by a young woman, and, yes, you guessed it, (the driver was) yakking away on her cell.
I’m absolutely sure this isn’t the first incident for these types of accidents.
