Providence Saint John's Health Center will host "Game Plan for Health: A Men's Wellness Fair," a free community event focused on men's cancer awareness, prevention and wellness for the whole family, on Saturday, Aug. 29, from 2 to 6 p.m.
The event will take place in Parking Lot A at Providence Saint John's Health Center, 2121 Santa Monica Blvd.
Attendees will be able to explore local resources and educational booths and enjoy fair-inspired attractions, including a Ferris wheel, dunk tank, kid-friendly games, opportunity drawings and more.
Area families are encouraged to attend and build a personal game plan for better health through prevention, screenings, nutrition and healthy habits. They will have a chance to connect with experts and discover resources that support lifelong wellness.
The free event is open to the public. It is hosted by Cancer Support Services in collaboration with Providence Saint John's Cancer Clinics, with sponsorship from the Ruth and Milton Berman Family Mentorship Fund.
