Santa Monica Brew Works has moved its 12th anniversary celebration to Oct. 10 because the Dodgers have a playoff game on Oct. 3, the original date.
The brewery said it has an obligation to uphold its title as "Santa Monica's Most Loved Place to Catch a Game."
The celebration will be held at the brewery's Tasting Room and Beer Garden, 1920 Colorado Ave.
For the occasion, the brewery is bringing back Hang 12 Hazy IPA, reimagined as a hazy double IPA made with real pineapple purée. Hang 12 will be available on draft and in 16-ounce four-packs to go. Guests who buy a pint on draft will receive a commemorative glass and koozie to take home, and those who buy a four-pack will receive a Hang 12 sticker, while supplies last.
From 2 to 6 p.m., Rock Live Karaoke returns for its third consecutive year at the anniversary celebration. Guests can take the stage, grab the mic and sing their favorites backed by a full live band.
Founded in 2014, Santa Monica Brew Works invites longtime supporters and first-time visitors to raise a glass to 12 years of beach-brewed beer and community.
