In your June 27th edition, HP Epstein wrote that I was one of the City Council members who “sat on their hands” when the Water Garden was delivered to Santa Monica. In fact, the Water Garden was approved prior to my election to the City Council, and, as a resident, I actively opposed its approval.
Thanks for this opportunity to correct the record.
