"I am so excited to have the opportunity to conduct the fine musicians of the Santa Monica College Emeritus Concert Band in this fun and eclectic concert," Miyoshi said.
Bagpiper Alexander Walker of the Kenneth R. Blanchford Memorial Pipe Band will perform on a few of the pieces.
"Don't miss out on your chance to come to this free concert and enjoy the fine musicians and music of this outstanding ensemble," Miyoshi said.
