Kelly, the founder of the Internet Law Center in Santa Monica, recently received an award from the Los Angeles Press Club for penning the best “Signed Commentary,” for daily and weekly newspapers with less than 100,000 circulation.
Kelly has been writing the monthly column “Soap Box” for the Daily Press since January 2006, focusing primarily on national politics.
