So what, I wonder, is a rubber “ducky” doing on your masthead? Is this a special edition for kindergartners? But then I plumb the depths of the paper and find “Meet the Quackers,” by Phyllis Chavez. Sweet, imaginative, good messages. Teachers, take note, this is good read-aloud material.
