The musical sounds of autumn are in the air this weekend as the Santa Monica College Concert Band performs their fall concert.
The band will perform on Sunday, Oct. 22, at 4 p.m. in the Santa Monica College Concert Hall, 1900 Pico Boulevard. The show is $10 and conducted by City Councilman Kevin McKeown.
Performance pieces include: Jupiter by Gustav,Holst,Cartoon by Paul Hart,Sleep by Eric Whitacre, Irish Tune from County Derry by Percy Grainger, La Peri Fanfare by Paul Dukas.
