For those looking to shred it up on the Westside, there’s a new spot to ollie and kickflip. The Culver City Skate Park is holding its grand opening this Saturday complete with free stuff, food, music and loads of demos. Xtreme Boardshop is sponsoring the event taking place at 9910 Jefferson Blvd. at the corner of Duquesne Avenue. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Remember to bring your board and a whole bunch of Band Aids.
