The Ruskin Group Theatre presents the world premiere production of “@Heart,” a play written by J-Powers, a local author. The opening is tonight with a reception to follow.
The story follows a young family whose lives change when one member prepares to go to war. The passion of the couple’s relationship is shown through heartfelt e-mails, and the consequence of their decisions explored throughout the story.
The show runs Nov. 30 through Jan. 20. Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. The Ruskin Group Theatre is located at 3000 Airport Rd. in Santa Monica with free, secured parking.
