Good leadership skills are important, especially in an organization as large as City Hall.
Glaser & Associates, which for the past two years has provided leadership and conflict resolution training for managers in City Hall, will be asked to return and provide that same training to other city departments.
The extra training sessions will cost City Hall approximately $40,000.
