In adjusting wastewater rates, the council has relied on consultant Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. for expert financial analysis.
Raftelis, which is looking for an additional $4,665, helped develop rates for the next five years. Final adoption of the new rates is scheduled for tonight.
