Santa Monica Place is bringing back Western Wednesday, a free weekly line dancing event in Center Plaza, every Wednesday in October from 6 to 8 p.m.

Professional instructors lead lessons for beginners and seasoned dancers alike. Complimentary giveaways are available while supplies last.

Guests can start the evening with happy hour at Santa Monica Place restaurants. LouLou Restaurant offers Golden Hour from 3 to 6 p.m., with special cocktail prices and a complimentary bite with the first drink. The Cheesecake Factory offers discounted drinks and bites in its bar area from 4 to 6 p.m. Curious Palate offers discounted craft beer and wine.

Attendees can also receive 20% off at Tenshoppe when they shop on the day of the event. The offer is valid only on Western Wednesdays.

The final October edition, on Oct. 28, will have a Halloween theme. Guests are encouraged to come in costume. The guest with the best costume will receive a $50 Tenshoppe gift card.
