The new Los Angeles production of “Wicked” begins performances on Saturday night, Feb.10, at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood. The official opening night is Wednesday, Feb. 21. However, a day-of-performance lottery for a limited number of front orchestra seats will be held daily.
Each day, two and a half hours prior to showtime, people who present themselves at the Pantages box office will have their names placed in a lottery drum and 30 minutes later, names will be drawn for a limited number of front orchestra seats at $25 each, cash only. This lottery is available only in-person at the box office, with a limit of two tickets per person. An ID is required to purchase the tickets. Please note that a lottery will not be held on opening night, Feb. 21.
Based on the novel by Gregory Maguire, “Wicked” is the untold story of the witches of Oz.
