Ever wanted to try yoga, but were too intimidated or thought you couldn’t afford it? This week, various Yoga Works studios, including the Santa Monica location, are offering a series of free yoga classes for beginners interested in trying yoga for the first time. Yoga Works’ research found that people trying yoga for the first time are most comfortable in a class of first-time students. Yoga Works’ goal is to create an environment that is welcoming for all those interested in exploring yoga.
